  1. Differential To Single Ended Converters (RS422 To Single Ended Converter or Encoder Level Shifter) :- This is TTL to HTL OR HTL to TTL converter or Differential to single ended converter or Single ended to differential converter. This module receives three differential signals viz A,-A, B,-B, Z,-Z signals (3-10 VDC or 10-28VDC peak To peak) and converts differential signal in to single ended signals viz A,B,Z. Pulse amplitude of output pulses is adjustable from 4.0VDC to 24VDC using a preset on board. In reverse way the module receives three single ended signals A,B,Z w.r.t. GND and converts the single ended signals in to differential signals as ( A,-A),( B,-B), and ( Z,-Z),the differential voltage is adjustable from 4.0VDC to 24VDC.Since the module can be used in both ways ,can be called as Universal Converter.
Main Features of the Module are
  • DIN rail or IP65 box mounting type
  • TTL/HTL signal selection by jumper for input signal
  • Input signal in the range of 3-10 VDC or 12-28 VDC peak to peak

Differential To Single Ended Converter (Low Frequency):-Function of differential to single ended signal converter: This module receives six differential
signals viz +A,-A,+B,-B,+Z,-Z signals (5-24 VDC) and converts differential signal in to single
ended signals with pulse amplitude equal to user supplied voltage anything between 65-2
VDC.Outputs are optically isolated from input encoder signals.
